Does every GiftNote use a QR code?
No. Written messages print as complete greeting cards. Voice, video, and uploaded media print as QR cards for app-free playback.
Can a store charge for media GiftNotes?
Yes. The latest plugin presents the written card as included while allowing the store to configure an additional price for voice, video, and uploads.
What does the packing team need to do?
Open the Velop panel on the WooCommerce order, print the greeting card or QR card, and place it inside the physical gift.
Do recipients need an app or account?
No. Media GiftNotes open in the recipient’s phone browser from the secure QR card.
Can we test before going live?
