The WooCommerce plugin connects to the Velop API at https://api.velop.media. Media files are uploaded to Velop storage using signed upload URLs and served to recipients through token-gated viewer pages.

GiftNote media and related metadata are retained according to merchant settings, plan limits, legal requirements, and operational backup practices. Expired messages may be removed from active storage.

Account settings and personal information requests.
Merchants can update account settings in the Velop portal. Requests to access, correct, export, or delete personal information can be sent to hello@velop.media.
