Velop Terms of Service

Velop provides QR voice and video GiftNote services for ecommerce merchants. You are responsible for configuring your store, keeping account credentials secure, and ensuring your use of Velop complies with laws that apply to your business.

Merchants and shoppers are responsible for the media, names, order references, and other content they submit through Velop. Content must not be unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive.

We work to keep Velop reliable, but service interruptions, maintenance windows, third-party platform changes, or network failures may affect availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed to operate or improve the service.

Paid plans, usage limits, trial allowances, and renewal terms are shown during signup or in the merchant portal. Merchants are responsible for taxes, platform fees, and other charges associated with their account.

Promotional credits are subject to the eligibility and deadline shown with the offer. Unless an offer states otherwise, credits are limited to one eligible new merchant per business and store, are applied only to eligible Velop invoices in the stated billing currency, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used to pay third parties. Velop may reject duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible claims. Once issued to an eligible billing account, unused credit remains available until applied to eligible Velop invoices.

Velop stores GiftNote media and related order metadata so recipients can open their messages. Messages may expire or be removed according to the retention settings available in the service.
